The digital gender divide is a major challenge that needs to be addressed in developing countries. Thus, the focus of this study is to address the digital il-literacy of girls and women that also fuels the digital gender divide. The goal is to produce an e-learning module that focused on the skills to be measured in assessing ICT skill in Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 4. This can be used during training as a tool to capacitate participants like marginalized women and girls. The development of this e-module follows the research and development using the 4D model process that begins in define phase, followed by the design of e-learning content and development activities, and lastly disseminate. The impact of the e-learning module was evaluated during ICT literacy training for marginalized women and girls. This study found that utilizing e-learning modules in the development of skills among participants was significant. This study was a humble step towards gaining technological skills of the marginalized girls and women in the Philippine community to-wards ICT4D.

Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic: Analysis of E-Learning on Sports Education Students

This study aims to determine the achievement level in each competency given to students and to know the average percentage of post-e-learning student scores. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive statistical techniques. This research population is sports education students 2017, 2018, and 2019 active students, with a sample of 10% of the population. The determination of this sample is based on purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using test instruments, in the form of questions and semester exam results. The research data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical methods obtained during the 2019-2020 semester, namely the Final Semester Examination value. After feeling that it is sufficient to obtain data and process, it will get the research results after feeling that it is enough to get the data and processed to get the research results. The results of the study found that effective learning was seen from 83% of students getting course scores with an average of above 75 at the time of the final even semester examinations in 2019-2020, and it can be concluded that the effectiveness of e-learning in Sports Education students at the Indonesian Technocrat University was successful. With a student passing rate above 80%. It is hoped that this e-learning process will be further developed with a better platform for facing future generations where the role of technology is a significant thing in meeting the changing times.

The selection of a suitable platform to facilitate online learning in social distancing becomes a very important thing to maintain the quality and smoothness of the learning process was carried out at home. Some educational evaluation models were able to be used to provide recommendations in choosing an online learning platform that was suitable to use in social distancing, such as CIPP, Countenance, and CSE-UCLA. However, those models are only able to provide recommendations based on narrative evaluation components so raised different understandings and high subjectivity in its implementation in the field. Those models haven’t formulas that specifically and accurately provide quantitative results in determining the most priority platforms is used in online learning. Therefore, it is essential to know there is a new formula in the field of educational evaluation to determine the suitable platform for online learning that is done at home. One of the new formulas that can be used and contributed to solving problems in the field of educational evaluation is the DIVAYANA formula. This formula can show an accurate calculation mechanism in determining one of the platforms that the most priority from the various choices of online learning platforms. The purpose of this research was to show the mechanism for calculating the DIVAYANA formula to determine the priority platform suitable for online learning. This research used an evaluative approach that focused on the nominate stage in the DIVAYANA model because the DIVAYANA formula is located in that nominate stage. Eighty respondents were involved in the initial data collection by evaluating the platform selection criteria for online learning. The subjects who were involved in testing the effectiveness of the DIVAYANA formula were eight experts. Questionnaires were used as the initial data collection tools and testing tools for the effectiveness of the DIVAYANA formula. The method was used to analyze the data of effectiveness test results on the DIVAYANA formula was by comparing that test results with the effectiveness standard that refers to five scales. The results of the effectiveness test showed the percentage of effectiveness level was 89.79%. It means that the DIVAYANA formula is effective to use in determining priority platforms suitable for online learning at home.
