Abstract: Purpose: Pelvic floor disorders are common and associated with pregnancy and childbirth. For restitution of pelvic floor connective tissue and thereby therapy of postpartum pelvic organ prolapse and stress-urinary incontinence the Restifem® pessary is approved.
