Evaluating an Inland Waterway Cargo Vessel’s Energy Efficiency Indices

Abstract: Although the International Maritime Organization (IMO) introduced the energy efficiency requirements for ships more than a decade ago, to date, inland navigation has not been affected by corresponding regulations at all.
