The educational gap is a serious problem in the world. In the current new era, digital resources applied in education make the problem more obvious. It develops the educational process and is convenient for our study, but in another view, it also can make a barrier in equal education. Drawing from the research on the extent to which digital educational resources are available in different regions, this paper discusses the specific situations, reasons, and phenomenon of educational gap in China, which make the Chinese educational gap a difficult combination, so the reason of it will be various. In this article, the reasons will be divided into objective reason and subjective reasons through some discussion and demonstrations of the real situations in China. The two aspects of reasons have a connection, like a cycle. The most effective way demonstrated in this paper to solve the problem is to break the cycle, and some detailed ways to help modify the problem is also pointed.
