Evaluasi Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Informasi Akademik Menggunakan Webqual 4.0 Dan Importance-Performance Analysis

Abstract: Penerapan sistem informasi akademik tidak selalu berjalan dengan baik. Evaluasi terhadapat kepuasan pengguna sistem mutlak dilakukan.
