Evaluación del perfil químico de metabolitos secundarios del hongo silvestre comestible Oudemansiella cubensis (Berk. & M. A. Curtis) R. H. Petersen, Nova Hedwigia, Beih.; su cultivo y factibilidad de producción indoor

Abstract: Oudemansiella cubensis es una especie de hongo comestible de la Funga del Paraguay. Este estudio se centró en caracterizar el perfil químico de basidiomas silvestres y producidos “indoor” y la estandarización del proceso productivo. El perfil químico cualitativo de extractos etanólicos indicó la presencia de metabolitos tipo terpenos y esteroles, y negativos para los alcaloides.
