Eukaryotic Translation Initiation Factor 3 Subunit D is One Clinical Target and Pre-Tumor Gene for Non Hodgkin Lymphoma to Promote Cell Proliferation Through Warburg Effect by Interacting with GRP78

Abstract: Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) is one highly heterogeneous tumor originating from the lymphatic system. Its morbidity rate shows a gradually increasing trend year by year. The present study determined that the possible function and mechanisms of EIF3D on cell proliferation of NHL. A total of 24 patients with NHL were obtained at Aerospace Center Hospital.
