Eukaryotic initiation factor 2 signaling behind neural invasion linked with lymphatic and vascular invasion in pancreatic cancer

Abstract: Perineural invasion (PNI) is a typical poor prognostic factor in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The mechanisms linking PNI to poor prognosis remain unclear.
