Eu Posso, Você Pode, Eu Posso Mais

Abstract: Objetivo: A relação entre narcisismo e poder é analisada com estudantes de administração de uma universidade estadual na Bahia. Método: Adotou-se a abordagem teórico-empírica, à luz da Teoria do Alto Escalão. Um questionário autorrelato foi aplicado com 161 estudantes do 7º e 8º semestres.
