Abstract: SAMMENDRAGDet er betydelige forskjeller i hvem som blir i Universitets-og høyskolesektoren etter oppnådd doktorgrad om man sammenligner personer med majoritetsbakgrunn og innvandrere. Doktorer med majoritetsbakgrunn har størst sannsynlighet for å inneha en undervisnings-eller forskningsstilling i UH-sektoren.
