Ethionamide and Prothionamide Based Coumarinyl-Thiazole Derivatives: Synthesis, Antitubercular Activity, Toxicity Investigations and Molecular Docking Studies

Abstract: The goal of this research work was to prepare and evaluate the antitubercular (anti-TB) activity of ethionamide (ETH) and prothionamide (PTH) based coumarinyl-thiazole derivatives.
