Ethical Leadership and Ethical Voice: The Mediating Mechanisms of Value Internalization and Integrity Identity

Abstract: Drawing upon self-concept and social-information processing perspectives, we theorize and test a model linking ethical leadership with ethical voice via ethical value internalization and integrity identity.
