ETHICAL CLIMATES AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT: A CASE OF NGOs OPERATING IN PAKISTAN

Abstract: The study is focused on finding the relationship between different dimensions of ethical climate and organizational commitment of the employees working in NGOs operating in Pakistan.
