“…Our findings suggest that there is a sizeable market of Irish consumers who would be well disposed to hearing specifically about farm-level practices and initiatives related to organic farming, the humane treatment of animals, free range farming and meat produced free from hormones and antibiotics given that they link these attributes to perceptions of better meat quality.
