Abstract:Black garlic is garlic that goes through a heating process and has a higher bioactivity of substances. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of black garlic extract on the reduction of uric acid in male mice with hperuricemia induced by 25 ml / kg of chicken liver juice and 250 mg / kg of potassium oxonate. The mice used were male mice with uric acid levels above 3.3 mg / dL or 6.3-6.8 mg / dL.
