Abstract: Aphasia is a language disorder that often occurs following a stroke. The objective of our study is to give an overview of the use of desktop technologies, oriented towards augmented, mixed or virtual reality. An exploratory search of medical and computer article databases (Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Taylor and Francis, PubMed and ACM digital library) found 1728 articles on the subject.
