Et ve Et Ürünlerinde At ve Domuz Eti Varlığının Uhlenhuth Presipitasyon Halka, Agar Gel Immuno Diffuzyon ve EnzymeLinked Immuno Sorbent Assay Metotları ile Araştırılması

Abstract: ÖzetEt ve et ürünlerinde kullanılan et türlerinin belirlenmesi, ekonomik nedenlerin yanında insan sağlığının koruması için de önem taşımaktadır.
