Abstract:Construções genéticas a partir da cepa selvagem UPEC-46 mutagenizando os genes afpA (pilina da AFP) e fimH (pilina da fímbria tipo 1) foram analisadas em modelos in vitro (adesão e invasão) e in vivo (colonização intestinal em camundongos BALB/c e infecção ascendente do trato urinário em camundongos C57/BL6).
