Abstract:vi vii RESUMO A enzima nuclease P1 (E.C.3.1.30.1) hidrolisa as ligações éster de RNA na posição 3' liberando 5´nucleotídeos monofosfato (5'AMP, 5'GMP, 5'CMP e 5'UMP).
