Estudio Ficológico Y Bacteriológico De Una Laguna Urbana De Uso Recreativo (Santa Fe, Argentina)

Abstract: La laguna urbana Parque “Juan de Garay” es un espacio recreativopara los habitantes de la ciudad de Santa Fe. Se realizaron muestreosen cinco sitios de la laguna en cada estación del año registrando: pro-fundidad, oxígeno disuelto, transparencia del agua, temperatura, pH,conductividad eléctrica, nutrientes e iones; fitoplancton y bacterias.Se identificaron y cuantificaron muestras bacteriológicas medianteel recuento de microorganismos aerobios y anaerobios facultativos ymesófilos viables (RAT).
