Estrogen Metabolite 2-methoxyestradiol Prevents Hypertension in Deoxycorticosterone Acetate-salt Rats

Abstract: 2ME treatment prevents the development of hypertension in DOCA-salt rats, implicating a therapeutic potential of 2ME in hypertension treatment.
