Estoque De Carbono No Solo Sob Diferentes Condições De Cerrado

Show more

“…However, man's action on the biosphere to obtain food, deforestation, excessive use of fossil fuels, caused the degeneration of the environment, resulting in the planet's temperature being raised significantly, which is strictly linked to global warming, accentuating the greenhouse effect (Brito et al, 2018). The occurrence of the greenhouse effect is mainly due to the emission of carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), and nitrous oxide (N2O), in addition to chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and water vapor.…”

“…Other alternatives are also mentioned by Brito et al (2018), to partially reduce the emission of carbon into the atmosphere, highlighting: conservation of carbon stocks in soils, forests, and other types of vegetation, preservation of native forests, implementation of forests and systems agroforestry and the recovery of degraded areas.…”
