Estonian E-Residency and Conceptions of Platform-Based State-Individual Relationship

Abstract: This study explores how government-supported digital ID systems evoke novel conceptions of platform-based state-individual relationship by drawing on the concept of platformization and Estonian e-residency as the empirical case.
