This work aims to evaluate the technical and financial viability of the 1 MWp photovoltaic solar minigeneration, to be installed on the ground and connected to Consumer Unit (CU) Fazenda da Ressacada II, owned by UFSC. The simulations were performed using the PVsyst software and the results show that the 1 MWp photovoltaic solar mini-generation to be inserted in CU Fazenda da Ressacada II could generate approximately 1,460 MWh / year and its productivity would be 1.35 MWh/kWp/year. The results also showed, for MARR of 3% and compensation of the surplus PV energy generated at CU Fazenda da Ressaca II in UFSC CUs fed in medium voltage, NPV of approximately 2.4 million reais and payback of approximately 12.3 years. For MARR of 3% and compensation of the surplus PV energy generated at CU Fazenda da Ressaca II in UFSC CUs fed in by low voltage, the results showed an NPV of approximately 5.6 million reais and a payback of approximately 7.95 years.
