Estimation of wavenumber–frequency spectra of wall pressure due to turbulent flow over a flat plate using large-eddy simulation

Abstract: The wavenumber–frequency spectra (WFS) of turbulent wall pressure fluctuations are used to design underwater acoustic systems, and a method is presented to determine them for flat plate flow using large-eddy simulations (LES).
