This article deals with the problem of studying methods for automatic measurement of electrophysical characteristics of granular materials in the process of technological control using the dielcometric method, based on the interaction of the electric field of the primary transducer with matter. The principle of operation of the information-measuring system is analyzed, the functional scheme of the dielcometric system ispresented with a linear switching of channels, as well as improving the accuracy of measurement by eliminating technical errors, simplifying the measuring scheme and increasing the reliability of the functioning of the entire device.

The paper considers innovative solutions for irrigation in the areas of the on-farm irrigation network, carried out through the territorial division of a network of permanent irrigation canals into separate irrigated areas from each other. Some basic aspects of automation of the on-farm irrigation network are discussed, with relevant questions - what should be the accounting of irrigation water, and how should be carried out water intake and distribution aimed at water aimed at goals and objectives for their use on the irrigation network for drip and rain irrigation. They stem from the need to introduce automated means of automated systems and IT technologies on rural irrigation facilities for the near and far prospects in the context of global and regional climate change, reducing own and incoming water volumes. The work characterizes the economic and social effects of the work carried out. From this point of view, the work is characterized by analyzes the relationship of the farmer with the association of water users, based on instrumental monitoring and digital documented reports for the water consumed.

The article discusses the system of modeling biotechnological objects and biogas production in the process of fermentation of various agricultural wastes. The complexity of automation of biotechnological processes, which consists in the lack of sufficient knowledge about the phenomena associated with the process of fermentation and the synthesis of target materials, is shown. Solutions to control problems using intelligent methods, intelligent control systems, based on fuzzy logic and on the basis of on the basis of neural network technologies, which have proven themselves in the control of complex objects with parameters that vary widely, as well as the analysis of algorithms for the operation of programmable logic controllers that perform the functions of regulators in the systems of operational control of complex processes, adaptive neuro-fuzzy architecture. Distributed in management decision support systems, it is made in the form of a six-layer neural structure, i.e. systems with neuro-fuzzy regulators, are able to largely meet the modern requirements of the designed systems, as a result of which the systems, using the technology of synthesis of intelligent control algorithms, can optimize complex circuits of automatic control systems.
