This article uses the distributed collaborative neural network process for analysis. It turns out that if there are dishonest participants, they will not get any data. The dishonest participants did not contribute to the training process throughout the training process, but they could get the training results of others. In order to understand the seasonal dynamics of soil organic carbon components and mineralization in different altitudes of alpine shrub meadows, the effects of different mountain soil carbon components on soil organic carbon mineralization were discussed, and the relationship between soil carbon components and soil physical and chemical properties was analyzed. This plays an important role in the development of dynamic changes of soil organic carbon in alpine mountain shrub meadows at different altitudes. In this study, a combination of field investigation and indoor analysis was used. By taking the soil of 3,800 m, 4000 m, and 4200 m semi-shady slope and semi-sun slope as the object of this research, it explored the different heights, seasons, and indoor cultivation conditions. The characteristics of mountain soil carbon minerals under the changing conditions of soil organic carbon pool. In this article, we take leisure agriculture and rural tourism development and management optimization as the research goal of this time, based on the sustainable development theory of leisure agriculture and rural tourism development. Using literature methods and on-site surveys, the research results of domestic and foreign scholars are collected, starting from the concept of leisure agriculture and rural tourism, and using the past experience of domestic and foreign leisure agriculture and leisure rural tourism development to analyze the current domestic and foreign leisure agriculture and the relationship between rural tourism development.

Estimation of Daily Average Global Solar Radiation with Nonlinear Regression Models Developed Using Some Meteorological and Geographical Parameters

In this study, it is aimed to develop empirical models that can be used in estimation of daily average solar radiation (RS) based on some meteorological and geographical parameters. Seven estimation models were developed by nonlinear regression analysis method using various combinations of air temperature (T), relative humidity (RH), extraterrestrial radiation (Ra), saturated (es) and actual vapour pressure (ea) parameters. The models were created using the long-term average daily meteorological data of Kahramanmaraş province (1938 – 2020). The models were tested both these long-term average data and daily meteorological data measured at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University (KSU) in 2019 and 2020. Long-term average daily actual RS data varied between 4.99 – 32.56 MJ m-2 day-1. The estimated solar radiation values (("RS" ) ̂) with the highest correlation (r = 0.99) with actual RS data were obtained with the RS_7 model, in which the parameters es, ea, T, RH and Ra were used together. The ("RS" ) ̂ values obtained using this model varied between 6.45 to 33.99 MJ m-2 day-1. For the RS_7, which showed the best performance among the seven models, mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) and root mean square error (RMSE) were determined as 4.17% and 0.69 MJ m-2 day-1, respectively. The daily RS values measured in KSU varied between 7.75 – 33.48 MJ m-2 day-1 and 10.51 – 30.23 MJ m-2 day-1 for 2019 and 2020. The ("RS" ) ̂ values closest to the measured RS values were estimated with the RS_7 model. The estimated ("RS" ) ̂ values by this model varied between 11.74 – 33.93 MJ m-2 day-1 and 13.93 – 31.57 MJ m-2 day-1 for 2019 and 2020, respectively. MAPE values were determined as 11.33% and 7.54%, respectively. It is concluded that this model can be used to estimates daily average solar radiation and will be an excellent alternative since it is compatible with the Kahramanmaraş conditions.

Renewable energy exploitation has proved its promising characteristics in sustainably securing energy needs. This work is a comprehensive assessment of the potential of renewable penetration in securing electricity needs in Palestine. Methods of assessment have been determined based on solar potential. Al-Dahriya secondary school in the south Hebron directorate of education was used as a case study, where these building have low working hours all over the year, which will increase the total income of the annual solar energy. AutoCad software simulation program was used to draw the rooftop of the school. The powerful HOMER Pro R software was used for the simulation processes of the PV system and its requirements. Results showed that, the rooftop could accommodate 144 panels, with 57.16 KW. This system will produce 92,866 KWh every year, which could be an input of 5.12% of the total annual power consumption in Palestine if this system installed on every school in Palestine, which are in total 3074 schools. Due to the number of working hours and low energy consumption in schools, the payback period of the project will be 4.38 years. The income of the surplus when installing such project on all schools in Palestine will be around 43 million USD to the Palestinian Treasury every year after the payback period.
