Abstract:The experiment was conducted to analyze variation, heritability, genetic advance, correlation and path analysis among 15 diverse genotypes of turmeric for rhizome yield and its contributing traits. Analysis of variance revealed highly significant differences among genotypes for the entire trait studied indicating presence of high genetic variability among the genotypes for various traits.
