Estimation of Estradiol in Mouse Serum Samples: Evaluation of Commercial Estradiol Immunoassays

Abstract: The University of Virginia Center for Research in Reproduction Ligand Core performed an evaluation of nine commercial estradiol (E2) immunoassays for use with mouse serum.
