Abstract:Iron-lignosulfonate complexes are used as trace element fertilizers to control plant chlorosis caused by iron deficiency. In this study, iron-lignosulfonate complexes were synthesized by anodic dissolution of iron in solutions of sodium lignosulfonates or lignosulfonic acids.
