Estimate of Global and Regional Distributions of Ionospheric Electrodynamic Quantities from EISCAT Radar and Ground Magnetometer Data.

Abstract: A new scheme is presentedto estimateboth global and localized distributions of ionospheric electric fields and currents by connecting two advanced magnetogram-inversion methods.
