RESUMO.A estética de Hegel, longe de ficar adstrita à análise das obras de arte, é rica em categorias úteis para a análise da forma jurídica. Nessa perspectiva, tanto a arte como o direito resultam do mesmo espírito coletivo. Juridical esthetic from HegelABSTRACT. Hegel's aesthetic, far from being hosted by the analysis of works of art, is rich in useful categories for the analysis of legal form. From this perspective, art and law result from the same collective spirit. However, the aesthetics of Hegel, unlike his legal philosophy, shows the tragic part of this spirit.
