Establishment of reference intervals for complete blood count parameters during normal pregnancy in Beijing

Abstract: The changes of CBC parameters during pregnancy are described, and reference intervals for Beijing pregnant women are demonstrated in this study.

The differential count of CBC is known to change during normal pregnancy [6,17]. Li et al [6] established a reference interval for CBC parameters during normal pregnancy in Chinese women showing a decrease in lymphocyte count contrary to the changes in white blood cell count due to the increase in neutrophil count.…”
