Establishment of Higher Passage PER.C6 Cells for Adenovirus Manufacture

Abstract: PER.C6 cells, an industrially relevant cell line for adenovirus manufacture, were extensively passaged in serum-free suspension cell culture to better adapt them to process conditions.
