Abstract: develop aptamer-regulated CDs for detection of FB1 by catalytic fluorescence. 2,2′-Dithiosalicylic acid was used to prepare carbon dots catalysing the fluorescence of TMB. Aptamer F10 can bind to FB1, restoring the catalytic capacity of CDs and increasing fluorescence.
