Establishment of a Real-Time PCR Assay for the Detection of Devriesea agamarum in Lizards

Abstract: (1) Background: Devriesea (D.) agamarum is a potential cause of dermatitis and cheilitis in lizards. The aim of this study was to establish a real-time PCR assay for the detection of D. agamarum.
