Abstract:The effectiveness and feasibility of a pork kidney lavage method to remove heavy metals and antibiotics from fresh pork kidney were investigated. This work provides a basis for the research and development of contaminant-free pork kidney foods. A comparative study was performed on pork kidneys with traditional treatment versus lavage treatment.
