Establishing Analytical Validity of BeadChip Array Genotype Data by Comparison to Whole-Genome Sequence and Standard Benchmark Datasets

Abstract: Background Clinical use of genotype data requires high positive predictive value (PPV) and thorough understanding of the genotyping platform characteristics.
