Establishing a climate change information source addressing local aspects of a global issue. A case study in New York State

Abstract: Conceptual issuesFor more than 15 years, researchers and practitioners in PCST have been calling for science communication that emerges from community needs, rather than being imposed by elite experts. This movement goes by multiple names: "bottom-up," "upstream," "community-based," "public engagement".
