Розроблено антифрикцiйнi композити на основi регенерованих шлiфувальних вiдходiв алюмiнiєвого сплаву АМ4,5Кд з додаванням твердої змащувальної речовини МоS 2 , що призначенi для роботи у контактних парах постдрукарських машин, таких як фальцювально-клейовi машини та машини для вклеювання в пакування. Аналiз структури нового композиту показав, що легуючi елементи металевої основи утворюють змiцнюючi фази, що рiвномiрно розподiленi в матрицi без сегрегацiйних скупчень, що сприяє пiдвищенню конструкцiйної мiцностi. Дисульфiд молiбдену забезпечує ефект самозмащення контактної пари у процесi експлуатацiї, що обумовлює зниження коефiцiєнту тертя i iнтенсивностi зношування порiвняно з композитним матерiалом без твердого мастила. Структурнi дослiдження засвiдчили рiвномiрнiсть розподiлу твердого мастила в усьому об'ємi композиту, що забезпечує пiдвищення триботехнiчних характеристик завдяки формуванню захисних антизадирних плiвок тертя при роботi деталi складної геометричної форми в умовах самозмащення. Аналiз функцiональних властивостей дозволяє рекомендувати антифрикцiйний композит на основi промислових шлiфувальних вiдходiв алюмiнiєвого сплаву АМ4,5Кд з домiшками твердого мастила -дисульфiду молiбдену МоS 2 для деталей контактних з'єднань складної геометричної форми, що працюють при пiдвищених дискретних швидкостях ковзання i навантаженнях без змащування рiдким мастилом в атмосферi повiтря. Триботехнiчнi випробування продемонстрували, що новий композитний зносостiйкий матерiал, одержаний за розробленою технологiєю виготовлення, дозволяє форсувати гранично-допустимi режими навантаження i робочi швидкостi ковзання при стабiльно високих антифрикцiйних властивостях нових композитних тертьових деталей постдрукарських машинКлючовi слова: шлiфувальнi вiдходи, алюмiнiєвий сплав, тверде мастило, структурнi дослiдження, антифрикцiйнi властивостi, постдрукарськi машини UDC 621.002.3:621.89
