Esophageal Dysmotility After Laparoscopic Gastric Band Surgery

Abstract: The LAGB operation results in the development of radiological esophageal dysmotility in a significant proportion of patients. It is not clear if these changes are associated with an increased risk of significant symptoms. Fluid removal can reverse these abnormalities and their associated symptoms.
