Abstract: Sažetak. Rezistencija na antimikrobne lijekove ugrožava kvalitetu medicinske skrbi u zajednici i bolničkom okruženju. Bakterijska rezistencija prisutna je od samog početka antibiotskog doba, ali je u proteklih dvadesetak godina poprimila zabrinjavajući trend porasta.
