In a previous study (Festas et al, 2020), data obtained from the factorial analysis showed that patchwriting (items 1, 6, 8, 9) and paraphrasing (items 5, 11) are very closely linked, with both included in a single factor. The difficulty of classifying and distinguishing between paraphrasing and patchwriting (Rogerson and McCarthy 2017 could help to explain this result.…”
