Abstract:A Esclerose Tuberosa (ET) é uma doença autossômica dominante, rara, que pode ser hereditária ou esporádica. Associa-se a mutações genéticas nos cromossomos 9 e 16 com alteração da função do complexo hamartina-tuberina e consequente descontrole do crescimento e proliferação celular.
