“…As a method to decompose the solution into multiple time scales and to improve the calculation accuracy, the multiscale method has been continuously developed and applied in various disciplines. Moradi et al 18 carried out multiscale analysis on the single-degree-of-freedom meshing gear model, analyzed the stability and jump phenomenon of the system through the primary resonance, super-harmonic, sub-harmonic, and other aspects; Balaji et al 19 proposed a new structural dynamic model of bolt, which determines the local change of roughness parameters and predicts the influence process of local traction force on the system through multi-scale; Jokar et al 20 and Alper et al 21 explored the influence of various factors on system vibration through super-harmonic and sub harmonic; Wang et al 22 studied the influence of slip ratio, crack degree, damping ratio, static load and dynamic load on system resonance and stability by adding gear clearance, static transmission error, crack and other factors; Yu et al 23 established a dynamic gears model of nonlinear shearer, considering crack faults and multifrequency excitation, the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the primary resonance of the model were analyzed by the multi-scale method, the vibration and response of the system were calculated by the incremental harmonic balance method; Many authors [24][25][26][27][28][29][30] established nonlinear system model, through the multi-scale analysis, analyzing the stable region and unstable region of the system.…”
