Erzeugung und Ausheilung von Gitterstrungen und ihr Einflu auf die Supraleitung von Indium und Thallium

Abstract: The variation of the transition temperature with residual resistance of coldworked In and T1 shows a similar behaviour as in dilute alloy experiments. Subsequent annealing removes lattice defects in distinct steps and restores the properties of pure samples at temperatures below 250 ~ Some of the results can be interpreted in accordance with the model developed by MARKOWlTZ and KADANOFF on alloy experiments. Values for the anisotropy parameter (a251n=0.02 and (az)Tl=0.04 were obtained. The interpretation of th… Show more

“…I n contrast, the results of Hasse and Seifritz [13] for an I n sample of comparable purity, which was deformed by torsion to a much larger Ae0 (50 x 10-9 Qcm), showed little recovery below 30 O K , but pronounced recovery stages a t rn 85 O K and -130 O K (Fig. 3).…”

“…The sample was deformed. alinealed to 60 OK and then deformed again anneohg tempruhe Plr' l-However, similarly large deformations of I n and T1 a t 4.2 O K by torsion decreased T, by a few hundredths or thousands of a degree [13]. The situation is somewhat confused by the fact that other metals, such as Pb, exhibit little change in 17, after either rolling I161 or torsional deformation [17].…”
