Erythropoietin and Platelet Function

Abstract: There is ample evidence that indeed, erythropoietin regulates platelets. It also regulates megakaryocytes which produce platelets. Endothelial cells, blood clotting, and calcium (Ca ++ ) which regulates blood pressure are also regulated.
