Abstract: Hypoxic tumor microenvironment (TME) hampers the application of oxygen (O2)‐dependent photodynamic therapy (PDT) in solid tumors. To address this problem, a biomimetic nanotheranostics (named MMCC@EM) is developed for optical molecular imaging‐escorted self‐oxygenation PDT.
