erum 25-hydroxyvitamin D concentrations and selected diet components in postmenopausal women

Abstract: The study indicates a decreased serum concentration of 25(OH)D in postmenopausal women during the winter period and a low supply of vitamin D and calcium in their diet. Nutrition education should be introduced to the adult population to prevent bone fractures.
