For the Many-Body-Localized phase of random Majorana models, a general Strong Disorder Real-Space Renormalization procedure known as RSRG-X [D. Pekker, G. Refael, E. Altman, E. Demler and V. Oganesyan, Phys. Rev. X 4, 011052 (2014)] is described to produce the whole set of excited states, via the iterative construction of the Local Integrals of Motion (LIOMs). The RG rules are then explicitly derived for arbitrary quadratic Hamiltonians (free-fermions models) and for the Kitaev chain with local interactions involving even numbers of consecutive Majorana fermions. The emphasis is put on the advantages of the Majorana language over the usual quantum spin language to formulate unified RSRG-X rules.I.

The aim of this paper is to indicate solutions which fulfil the conditions for laying concrete mix before it starts setting. Using models M/M/N/-/N, for organization I for the so-called delivery directly after unloading, with automatic transfer of information using the RFID system, and M/M/1/FIFO/N/F, for organisation II with transportation units working in closed cycle. Of example, organisation I, with RFID system is more advisable as it is characterised by a shorter waiting time on construction sites; and longer at the concretemixing plant. At the same time, it increases the efficiency of working units compared with organisation II which has self-regulating transportation units running in closed cycle.

Abstract. In this article the scientific cooperation between the three academic centres from Germany, Lithuania and Poland, represented by Prof. F. Peldschus (Leipzig University of Applied Sciences), Prof. E. K. Zavadskas (Vilnius Gediminas Technical University), and Prof. O. Kapliński (Poznan University of Technology), is presented. Formal meetings have been called Colloquia, and were organized every two years in different academic centres.The research achievements and activities during the period of 2007-2009 are presented. The main research fields of OR in Civil Engineering and Sustainable Development of three academic centres are surveyed. As a result of productive collaboration in the period between the 11th and 12th Colloquiums, several postdoctoral theses and doctoral dissertations were defended, research papers and books were published and conferences were organized with published proceedings, etc. On the basis of these achievements EURO Working Group OR in Sustainable Development and Civil Engineering (EWG-ORSDCE) was established.
